Why Choose Game Time Events Tournaments?
No Gate or Admission Fees
We do not believe your families should have to pay to see your own kids play baseball. Your families have already paid to be on a travel team, your teams have already paid to play in the tournament, so we do not think anyone should have to pay yet again just to watch your kids play! Even at the major league level, tickets are left for family and friends and that is a billion dollar industry so why should it be acceptable to watch kids play baseball?
Bag Tags and Trading Pins For All Players
We believe all kids are integral to the success of a team so all registered players will get tournament specific bag tags as well as the same type of trading pins often seen at Cooperstown, and all at no additional cost!
End of the Season Skills Competition
As a way of giving back, all kids/teams that have participated in a Game Time Events weekend tournament will be invited to participate in a skills competition at no additional cost!
No More Time Killing Tactics At End Of Games
How many times have you been trailing at the end of the game and the opposition takes unnecessary mound visits or other things to kill time to avoid starting another inning? Well we want to encourage that to stop so we have put into our rules that at specific times for each age bracket, time will freeze and not count towards the total playing time. It is the kids that lose in those situations, and this is about the kids so let them play! Please see our tournament rules for specific times.

We invite your teams to herd up April 11th-13th, 2025, and play ball at The Elk Showdown! The divisions will be 8u through 14u and levels AA to C. Please indicate team level on the registration form. There will be three games guaranteed consisting of pool play and a single elimination tournament. Register now to save your spot! The Ultimate Baseball Experience and Fundraising!
Welcome to Game Time Events! We offer entertaining tournaments and league experiences from ages 8U through high school. We also offer a unique opportunity for your team to get together for one hour and fundraise typically a minimum of $5,000 up to $15,000, $20,000 and upwards of $30,000!
